ELITE Fitness and Education Bend gets results and PROVES IT!!!

WHy is it that most gyms in Bend and the rest of the country for that matter, do not proudly display the success stories of their clients? I have looked at hundreds of websites from gyms and personal training programs all over the country and I rarely see success stories. Just for the record a "written" testimony from someone with no photos is not very compelling. See my exampl below.

"ELITE Fitness and Education is the best gym in Bend, Oregon. It has the friendliest staff and the best looking owners anywhere around. I lost 85 inches, 40% bodyfat, and 100 pounds in just 4 weeks. The training programs are fabulous and ELITE Boot Camp is the BEST boot camp in Bend. ~Suzie Schnifflehuzier"

I am sorry but that is not a success story. That is a "Victor" story. I see the internet littered with these exact type of testimonials. I am not trying to bash other programs I am simply attempting to educate consumers and teach them to ask the right questions, so they do not get ripped of by the barrage of marketing and gimmicks that will plague us for the rest of our lives.

This is a success story of real results that you can see.

So let's start with a couple of basic questions to help you when you are looking to change your life and you don't want to waste your money.

1. How do you help people? This may seem like a broad question but it is very valid and can give you a lot of insight to whether the gym believes it has a responsibility to help it's customers or not. Whatever their answer is, the next question should be "Can you prove it?" Can you show me the success stories of people you have helped? If a gym, boot camp, or trainer is unable to produce success stories is it because they are not really helping people or they are so unnattached to their members that they don't even know if they are helping people.

2. What if I am unable to afford training? Are there any options for you to get help if you are unable to afford the $50-$80 an hour that a trainer costs? If they only have options for you to pay to get help and you can pay, that's awesome, go back to number one. If finances are a little tight right now you may need to look elsewhere. Since I bring this up I will mention what we do at ELITE Fitness and Education to help. We offer group exercises classes 6 times a week and will expand them as we have the demand. What makes our classes different is that they are taught by certified personal trainers which means you can gety some help with nutrition, supplements, stretching, and all the basics of fitness. Since our instructors are also our trainers it means that they will not be bolting out of class because they have to hurry up and get to the other side of town to teach another class. After class feel free to ask us questions or even schedule a complimentary fitness evaluation. We also teach educational seminars several times per week. These classes are free and cover all the basics of nutrition, program design, stretching, and injury prevention. You can come to all of our free seminars and learn the same things you would learn from hiring a trainer most of the time.

These two questions will be very powerful tools for you in your quest to see fitness success. They will also empower you to make good decisions about what program is right for you.

Free exercise classes, free seminars, monthly newsletters, and educational articles are just a couple of things that we do different at ELITE Fitness and Education.

Check out our success stories and come see us. If we don't earn your business we don't deserve it. Just please do not be inspired by the success stories and motivated by the educational articles and DO NOTHING!! Please take some sort of action. I don't care if you drop right now and do 20 pushups. Just do something.
